Audience Feedback

Once we had finished our music video, we wanted some audience feedback about what people thought of it. We did this by gathering students (students due to our target audience being 'young hopefuls') and filming them watching the music video. We did this by getting people to sit around the mac and film them via the photo booth webcam. This meant we shot peoples reactions to what they saw on screen. As this was the first time for any of them seeing the video, we got some good reactions! (E.g- laughing, smiling and 'ahh'-ing in the right places!)

Once the music video had ended we carried on recording them and asked them questions about the music video. Some questions included:

-What is your overall opinion of the video? What bits did you like in particular?

-Was it cut on beat and is everything in time? (Eg- miming and guitars ect.)

- Was the narrative clear and did you enjoy it?

- Did you like any effects (E.g- lighting/colour)

- Anything you didn't like?

We got really good, useful feedback and were relived that everyone liked it! Our audience feedback will now appear in our evaluation.
